Positive: This accommodation had everything I could wish for. Off road parking, a good powerful shower, sky tv and sky cinema so plenty to watch of an evening. Warm and toasty, I didn't use the log fire as I was out all day. Quiet, clean and I will definitely stay again.

Negative: For me the bed it was too soft, but I didn't mark it down for this as that is my own preference. Once I got used to it, I slept really well.

Positive: Wonderful relaxing winter weekend break. Excellent host, friendly and generous too. Warm and comfortable annexe in a fantastic location for shopping, eating and drinking in Felixstowe. So close to the sea and promenade too. Just perfect. The size of the accommodation is great and the log fire is a real treat. We were happy with everything at Mulberry Annexe.

Negative: Everything was perfect for us.
