Positive: I had booked the "extension" which was near noisy electric generators, but they moved me to their new location. Lovely property and will be amazing when finished, but still a work in progress, to include a pool , restaurant, large outdoor dining area, stage for performance, gardens and trees all around.

Negative: Only 1 thin sheet on the bed, used my own blanket I had with me. Some kinda wood eating bug in the ceiling dropped sawdust on the floor ongoing, they know about it and will spray them when I leave. Also need a bedside lamp or 2.

Positive: Incredible friendly and helpful staff breakfast included, the generator is next door however it didn't effect my sleeping actually was more noticeable when it wasn't running, our of town however we rented bikes at pier so this worked out perfect for us. no kettle in room however there is water machine outside room including hot and cold water.

Negative: No tv bed wasn't really comfy. no power points near bed.

Negative: Lack of wifi 3 days... Breakfast choices were so so... Room had no TV or fridge. Noisy neighbor--possibly a business/small factory which was noisy most of the day. No access to the beach/ocean.

Positive: It was really clean, possible cold drinking water, shared kitchen, sea view. We extended our stay for 2 more nights in here, the room was really clean and comfortable.

Negative: 1. There was a blackout throughout the whole island at least twice a day (evening and morning - 20:00-22:00, 6:00-11:00) and it was horrible (No AC, no ventilator, no water, no light). 2. Booking said “free genius breakfast” -> that is a lie, there was no breakfast included - we could buy it for 150 pesos per person. 3. A lot of ants in the room and a few black spiders, but that was quite okay.

Positive: Such a beautiful place! The rooms are very comfortable with AC and a nice warm shower. The free breakfast is a large portion and is kindly delivered right outside your door every morning. The nature surrounding the property is also quite beautiful and there is a little trail down to a secluded but rocky spot with ocean access. Beautiful place to watch the sunset. The staff were all so friendly, kind and accommodating. They let us use the kitchen whenever we wanted and even marked a path down to the water for us. Would highly recommend staying here!

Negative: The only two things is it is not close to any restaurants and the other thing is that the walls are quite thin between your neighbors so you will hear everything going on next door. Important to get respectful neighbors here.
