Summary: We stayed there after a cruise for a several days before heading home. Our communication with the host Massimo was seamless! He was quick to respond, met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. He provided maps and an enormous amount of information of what to see, where to eat locally, and where to go. He even helped us organize our departure to the airport. Just a great host and we would love to stay there again when back in Venice!

Summary: This was a wonderful stay in Venice! It was our first time and Mossimo was extremely helpful when we arrived. The apartment was just right for our family of 5 - we enjoyed that it was in a quieter part of the city away from the heavy tourist traffic, but easy to walk to sights like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Venice!

Summary: Massimo was a wonderful host. He communicated with us regularly to make sure we had all the information we needed, provided restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and even helped us locate gluten free options! The apartment was in a great location with easy walking to all the major sites. We loved being so close to a vaporetto stop when we needed to go longer distances. Definitely recommend!

Summary: More authentic apartment in quieter part of Venice. Close to everything. Comfortable stay for our family with canal view. There was a few mosquitos per the time of the year but we were provided with repellent and zappers so they weren’t a bother. Couldn’t figure out the washer but that’s likely just us and we didn’t really need it so we never bothered the host.

Summary: Massimo is a wonderful host! Very helpful with recommendations and so very attentive. The apartment was perfectly situated, comfortable, and has everything a family needs. Bakery and market were nearby . Walk to ferry takes 5-7 minutes. Loved our stay. Would definite come back again. Thank you, Massimo!

Summary: This flat was perfect for our family of five. The owner lives and owns a shop just around the corner so is very helpful. He went beyond normal hospitality to make us feel welcome and know our way around with a local map all marked with important places. Check in and out was simple and catered to our needs more than the owners. Again 5+ star hospitality! Would definitely stay here again. Oh, and a beautiful view of a quiet canal from both bedrooms and a balcony!!!
