Summary: The hotel is spectacular with its history and decoration you feel very special from arriving on the entrance from the dock on the Grand canal. But the real treasure is the staff of the Ca Segredo who all did everything they could to make our stay a truly wonderful experience. Thank you all we can't wait to come back 😎

Summary: The hotel is really beautifully decorated, keeping up with Venizian style, spacious and clean. The reason for lower rating are the following: 1/no complementary water in the room (small water bottles available in mini bar for €8!). Water is such a basic necessity I would have expected from a 5* hotlel, 2/ no kettle not coffee machine in rooms, 3/ Cleaning staff was entering our room every evening without knocking and didn't speak English.
