4 Bedroom House in Kailua

Our 2,600+ square foot home is the perfect balance between luxury and laid-back comfort. The property has marble floors, tall ceilings, brand new appliances and stylish furnishings. The two master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are spacious and comfortable, each with a king size bed. The upstairs master also comes with a wet bar, mini-fridge and separate outside entrance. All but one bedroom has adjoining bathrooms. The downstairs guest room and separate bathroom are both easily accessible. All bedrooms are equipped with split AC units and ceiling fans. Please note that there is no AC in the shared areas (living/dining room).
Our home also includes a dining table that comfortably seats six, a two car garage with additional parking in the driveway, large TV in the living area, coffee maker, cookware and dish ware, hairdryers in each bathroom, and fresh linens and towels.
The outside space is perfect for lounging. With two small tables, both well-shaded, the patio is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing brunch or romantic dinner. The pool is small and fun, great for kids.

Check-Out: by 10AM
Early check-ins and late check outs can be arrange in advance based on availability.
Out of respect and consideration for our neighbors, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM. Please keep noise on the property, especially outdoors, to a minimum during this time. The property is also not suitable for events and large gatherings that involve additional people other than registered guests.

Summary: My family and I had the most perfect stay here during a time when we were mourning the loss of our grandma/mom. A part of my family and I were traveling from the mainland and the other part are locals who live in a nearby town. This place is quietly placed off a main road and away from large areas of people which provided a little sanctuary and gave us a central space to decompress and spend time talking story and enjoying each other’s company. But it’s not far from Kailua’s shopping area so if you needed something stores like Target were not far away. And it’s an easy walk to one of our favorite beaches it probably took us no more than 10 minutes from the front door to a spot on the sand.Also, there was so much space for 7 adults to comfortably spread out and not be on top of each other. Each room has its own ceiling fan and wall air conditioning which was greatly appreciated. And everything we could ever need was provided for us from every kitchen item to outdoor activity item. We only needed to bring our food and drinks which saved us a lot of money from always eating out. The outdoor space was also really nice! Once the pool maintenance guy arrived the pool was always crystal clear. We’ve stayed at many places when coming home and this house was our best experience by far. On our next trip I truly deeply hope we can stay here again. Thank you Kat for your kindness and for allowing my family to experience a house like this at a time we all really needed it

Summary: Perfect property for every family. With the four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, everyone was able to have their own space for relaxation. This home was equipped to fulfill all of our needs including the baby’s (crib, high chair, etc) and the location was close to downtown and closer yet to the beach!
