Positive: Great location. Cute little guest house. Laundry facilities were available. There was a full-sized kitchen.

Negative: No air conditioning. No dedicated parking. Beachgoers park in front of the property and you get forced to park down the street sometimes.

Positive: Fantastic location and nice lot of space. Super clean and kitchen well equipped.

Negative: Would have been much better with a little area to sit inside. Could be easily do in the bedroom with a sofa and a little table as there is plenty of space.

Positive: Very comfortable- best sleep on the island. Loved sitting on the lanai for meals- always felt cool and not hot. The guest house was very clean and in good working order and updated. Five minute walk to the beach.

Positive: The location is perfect to be near all amenities but, away from all the crowds of downtown Honolulu. Nice beach within 5-minute walk and a great beach within a <10-minute drive.

Negative: The only issue was the washer/dryer unit was set up outside of our bathroom window. I didn't know it was shared until I got out of the shower and a woman was standing two feet away. Would have liked a room AC unit since the privacy fence takes away most of the breeze.

Summary: Loved the location and would recommend a stay keeping in mind the caveats above.
