Positive: The seaside meadow home was fantastic. Beautiful setting right on a point overlooking the ocean. House was great. Huge kitchen and very well-appointed. Fire pit in back yard. Comfortable beds. Convenient location to national and state parks. All around a wonderful place to be with family or friends! Highly recommend.
Negative: Upstairs bathroom shower was a bit funky, basically just one water temperature (which was warm but not really hot).
Summary: Wonderful, quirky house in a beautiful setting.

Positive: We had a great stay and would return again. When the fog breaks great views of Trinidad and Clam Beach. Large house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, fire pit with wood for one-night, comfortable beds, large kitichen with most everything. Lots of really good things to say.
Negative: Hated the booking. I though the price was going to be one thing and the next you know it's much more, so beware!

Positive: Views of the ocean were stunning. Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pots/pans, dishes. Easy parking.
Negative: Felt uneasy while there. Flimsy locks. Not-so-fresh smell upon entering. Insufficient lighting. Even in August, house was cold. Host said there was no heating other than possibly space heaters (we didn't see any).

Positive: Incredible location - the views of the Pacific sunsets are incredible. Also the large, grassy backyard was so fun for my granddaughters to frolic in. I also enjoyed the big kitchen. Grand piano was also a fun feature! There are so many outdoor activities around Trinidad that I wish we’d stayed another week.
Negative: The locks are iffy. The place is off the beaten trail, so we didn’t feel unsafe, but …
