Positive: House didn't look like much from outside, but inside was modern, clean, homey. Had a pellet stove in the living room, but I didn't want to mess with it. I was glad it had a tub to soak in. We could walk to the Murphy's Market a half block away. Trinidad is small, so it was definitely well located, being a block from the main street in town. Beach was just five minutes away. Washer and dryer is there if you need them.

Negative: Don't expect any leeway on arrival time. The company that runs this rental is based in Las Vegas! I asked if we could arrive one hour early, but nope, declined even though no one had been there for a day or two before us. Everything was done anonymously via an app and texts. They also expect you to wash the dishes before you leave, start a load of laundry of your used towels and bed sheets, and roll the garbage bin out to the street if you're there on a Thursday, which we were.
