Positive: Everything was covered. Beyond our expectations with what was supplied. Location was great. Comfortable and roomy.

Negative: Lack of backyard (if we’d taken our kids) but large area under the house for handball/soccer tournaments.

Summary: A pleasant and enjoyable place to stay.

Positive: Location is fabulous, there is plenty of space in the house, amazing view, no internet or service.

Negative: There are too many small notes from the owners or agency with instructions and warnings all over the house. It makes you feel micromanaged, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. If there had been an internet connection, I’d almost be convinced they had cameras watching us. At some point, we became so anxious about doing something wrong that we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Additionally, the local property management agency seems to have issues with internal communication. Only one lady from their team was helpful and friendly enough to assist us in getting the keys to the house.

Positive: Great place, a stroll to the beach and on the corner near the local shop (good for the few things you might have forgotten) and popular coffee cart. Comfortable beds, light and airy, great sunny deck out the back. Loved the extensive DVD, CD and book collection and games and puzzles for the family. No wifi, and limited mobile reception which was great because we were able to really switch off. We found if you walk across the road or down towards the beach you can get phone reception if needed.

Negative: It’s on the main road coming into town, so there are regular cars and RVs coming past the property. Not a problem for the back room.

Summary: Lovely place, a short stroll to the beach.

Positive: Fantastic location across the road from the beach and a short walk to another beach. Loved the selection of games, kids toys, dvds, cds and books. Multiple areas for entertaining. Great sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Loved having a laundry to keep on top of our washing while we were away.

Negative: No phone reception or wifi which was only a mild inconvenience and definitely not a deal breaker for us, if anything we enjoyed being unreachable.

Summary: A fabulous home in a stunning part of NSW. Would love to stay again.

Positive: The location is amazing. Cleaning was very good, the deck terrace is just superb. Outdoor shower very practical especially after surfing. The leaving area is very well set up with lot of spaces.

Negative: Nothing really, in my view there is much negative things. There is everything you need in this property.
