Negative: The curtains were mouldy and had a leak in the bathroom. The lounge needs a good clean and inside all the cupboards. The garbage bins were not emptied so had to put rubbish everywhere. When you are paying over $750 per night you expect it to be spotless.

Positive: The location of the house and ocean views are amazing.

Negative: The fact that we received about 12 times the same very long message via email and text message for a registration on the host website with a hyperlink that wasn't there because it was a plain text message via the Booking.com platform. The smelly bins on arrival. The very hard to open downstair studio. The toilet leaking in the downstair studio which we were told has been an issue for a couple of years. The pots and saucepans sizes are not adequate for the stove dimensions.

Summary: Great location, amazing views, pleasant place which needs more attention to details.
