Positive: The panoramic view from the deck is amazing. Such good location

Negative: We liked everything however without air con or a cover over the deck, I wouldn’t like to have stayed in the hot summer months.

Positive: Superb location with a wonderful view from the patio over Boat Beach and the rocky headland. The living area and the beds were comfortable. Huge range of pots and pans.

Negative: There is no aircon nor ceiling fans, just two pedestal fans. No fixed light in the main bedroom. The bathroom/laundry was in poor condition and desperately in need of renovation. For the price we expected better. We had to give our bank details for a bond, somewhat reluctantly.

Summary: Great location and views but the property was let down by the bathroom.

Positive: Location was amazing! Easy walk to the beach. The view from the deck is beautiful! Such a great place to swim. House is old but has everything you need.

Negative: Very hot in February and the 2 fans didnt work which made it very hard in the day when the house heated up with no aircon.
