Positive: Location was great and the house looked nice. Loved the colors and it was a really pretty house, until you tried to use some of the items in the house.
Negative: Two of the dining room table chairs felt like they were going to fall apart. One of the bar stool chairs a leg fell off when moved. The master bathroom right side shower door needs a new track wheel. The master bedrooms ceiling fan didn’t work. There was dried food stuck to the coffee table. The shower stall in the hall bath needed a deeper clean. The front storm door handle falls off when you pull it back to make sure the door is latched.
Summary: Location was perfect, the town is beautiful and peaceful.

Positive: The house is perfect. It's in a great location, on a quiet street, short walk to the beach. House itself is wonderful! It's got everything I could think of. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings. We truly enjoyed our Easter weekend there and hope to book and come back again!
Negative: This is just a suggestion, not a dislike. The floor in the master shower is little slippery and could use anti slip mat. I was okay, but an older person may have an issue.
Summary: Perfect house in a perfect location!

Positive: The house is in a perfect location. Access to the beach is an easy, quick walk. It was very welcoming and clean and I really appreciated that there was complimentary laundry detergent pods, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher pods. It was nice to know I had some and knew what I would need to get once I was there. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper, a few trash bags, fabric softener, hand soap, bath soap and Kleenex. Plenty of towels, pillows, extra covers, etc. Those items were super helpful. There are covered decks off of each room on both sides of the house. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck daily. The kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of silverware—absolutely didn’t run out of anything and we had six people there. Truly, it was perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We brought our dogs who did well there, especially having never been away from home before. They had plenty of room and I felt pretty good about the hard floors and how practical it was at the beach with sandy feet and paws. The washer and dryer were in great condition, and easy to use. The outside shower and hose helped keep out sand.
Negative: The master bed mattress was a bit too soft for me; I would describe it like sleeping on a marshmallow. I need more support for my back. It’s subjective and I managed, but maybe that’s a good thing to consider whenever a replacement is in order. That was the only thing I might have changed.
Summary: Lovely home away from home for a relaxing week at the beach.
