Summary: The house was clean and in good shape, as was the walkway down to the beach. The biggest problem was when we arrived, the upstairs smelled very strongly of insecticide, and the stench lingered all week despite attemps to air out those rooms. I’m glad we didn’t have insects but if I had other options I would not have stayed there. it can’t possibly have been healthy to inhale that all night.

Summary: The Graham Sport was the perfect size, location, and layout for our family vacation. The house is well maintained, updated, and clean. We loved the rocking chair porch where we enjoyed family time during our mornings and evenings. Having a place that is accessible with no stairs to the beach was a bonus!

Summary: It is a 5 mile drive to get to the bridge to go anywhere. restaurants, shopping, etc. But the beach is very open and private. There are many trade offs and driving 5 miles away from the bridge to get to a mostly private beach is well worth it. This home is handicapped accessible and allows someone with mobility issues to enjoy independence. 2bedrooms with king size beds also make it comfortable for our 6’5” family members. This is my 3rd time at this house and if I am going back to Holden again, I will stay here again.
