Summary: Sunshine in My Soul was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Even had a crockpot and a griddle! Perfectly clean and lots of comfortable seating for the decks, pool and beach! Also comfy beds!

Summary: The house has a great floor plan with a great location and view of the ocean. It was well appointed with plenty of kitchen supplies. The elevator was one of the best we have used and the provided beach chairs were practically brand new. The concierge tent service provided was great. However, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house - carpet stains, trash under beds, dirty couches in the living area. The entire house could benefit from a good cleaning and overall maintenance. Especially the outside furniture - the paint was peeling so badly that it flaked off on our clothes and skin when we sat on it. It was especially upsetting to find flakes of paint on our 10-month old grandson's hands.

Summary: Great location and the house was just right for our family. Short walk to the beach and the property provided plenty of beach chairs and sand toys. We all enjoyed the pool too. The third floor deck had wonderful views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare our meals. Unfortunately tropical storm Debby was a challenge for us; but we made the best of it-sometimes dodging rain drops! It was still a great week at “Sunshine in my soul”!

Summary: What a wonderful oceanfront house! We have never rented a beach house that came so well-stocked with essentials for the week, such as beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and even ziplock bags. We appreciated how clean the house was on arrival (amazing that one gal can ready such a big house between guests), we loved the daily tent service, the well-appointed kitchen, a real coffee pot (not kuerig fans), the extra downstairs fridge, quality deck and pool furniture, and the deck and pool gates to safeguard the little ones. The kids loved the pool, especially on the days when there was rough ocean surf. Location is wonderful. Great owner communication. We will cherish the family memories from our week at Sunshine in My Soul.
