Positive: I was suspect of the amazing ratings of Santorini Heights, but the rating are accurate. This resort is amazing - quality, location, service, personalized staff attention, and very friendly. There are only 5 rooms, so expect privacy and staff attention. The manager, Maria, was very attentive: recommending places to visit and adding little extras every day. I can't recall any resort with such exceptional service.

Negative: Recommend installing hand-rails along the many stairs. Also suggest adding a friendly message in the bathrooms about conserving water. Possibly expand the parking area below.

Positive: Maria! She's been amazing from the beginning until the end, it would not have been the same without her. She's here for anything that you need, and that makes all the difference, she always has great recommendations, and she helped me a LOT organizing a special occasion for us. The summit villa is also spectacular; the view is one of the best of Santorini, the bed is so comfortable, and it's a very calm location, compared to the crowded streets of Fira/Oia. The best location to relax, and not too far away from all the great restaurants and great beaches.

She helped us with everything from restaurant bookings (always the best seats!) to thoughtful little touches that made our stay so special. We felt truly spoiled! Positive: The property has four apartments and a detached suite, all of them have their privacy and do have access to a nice view, thanks also to the elevated position that is almost on top of the highest point of the island. The nearest village is a little more than 5 minutes from the house with a vehicle. The property with a private Infinity pool, is designed with care and gives positive vibes. The freshly made breakfast made to order is a nice plus. The staff is very nice, professional and caring. Shoutout to Maria at the reception, she is always available and prompt to assist in case of need or recommendation, including coordinating the booking of extra services like mopeds, quads, catamaran tours, etc. Good value for money!
