I was worried about losing the first night’s payment, but to my surprise, the hotel thoughtfully waived the charge for that night. I was truly touched — this was more than just good service; it was genuine understanding and kindness. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, perched on the cliffs of Oia with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The iconic white-and-blue architecture blends beautifully with the sea and sky. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the scenery is simply stunning — every photo looks like a postcard. It’s peaceful and elegant, yet just a short walk to the center of the village, making it very convenient. The price is also very competitive compared to other cliffside hotels, offering excellent value. Both the management and staff are incredibly caring and friendly, making guests feel truly welcomed and at home. You can feel their attention to detail in every aspect of the stay. Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Positive: The Property is really beautiful, services were really good, breakfast options were good too. The Hot tub is an amazing feature.

Negative: Just felt that the lighting especially in the bathroom needs to be a bit brighter coz it was too dark in the evenings and the light wouldn’t help much.

Positive: Wow what a gem of a hotel this is… in the cliffs of Oia, over looking the sea, it is perfect. Never have I stayed in such a breath taking place before, the hotel and location was utterly perfect.

Negative: This didn’t bother us, or have any impact to our thoughts of the hotel, but if you don’t like cats then this location isn’t for you. This isn’t just down to this hotel, the whole island has cats everywhere.

Summary: The most perfect place ever. A special shout out to the manager Anna and her team for making it SO wonderful.
