Positive: The host Lampros was exceptional in his generosity and kindness. He greeted us on arrival with roses in our room. On the second night he left us a bowl of fresh fruit. The morning breakfasts were wonderful and tailor made to each of our tastes. We loved all his recommendations for local restaurants and activities that were off the beaten (touristy) path.

Positive: Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Mr. Lampros helped take care of everything, and even upgraded our room and gave us fantastic meal and sightseeing recommendations. He even placed a reservation for us at Metaxi Mas. The suite itself had two floors and was quite comfortable. The jacuzzi with a view was outside via stairs that took us to the top of our building, and we got stunning sunset views from here. The cleaning lady was very polite and prompt and did a great job. And the highlight was probably the breakfast, which was fantastic and honestly kept us filled until dinner time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Avista Suites to anyone seeking a relaxed and wonderful time. As a side note, we rented a car, and there is public parking nearby that Mr. Lampros helped us find. Sometimes it would be filled when we arrived, so we would have to park in another area slightly farther away. We would recommend this option if you are a good driver, since it afforded us a lot of flexibility, although driving in Santorini can be a bit of a challenge due to some steep areas.

Positive: No steps to our room!! Within walking distance to Fira, Skaros Rock, 3Bells and great restaurants! Owner was super friendly and helpful with recommendations and made dinner reservations for us. Rooms were plenty big, rooftop terrace was perfect for sunsets.
