Summary: We were in Beaune for a music festival, and Saint Nicolas Tower was both a super convenient by location and very affordable for a Beaune rental in such a great spot. It is important to understand that there are lots of stairs to access the place, the last set being narrow ones; this was not at all a problem for us, fit-enough folk in our upper 60s, but would make the choice unsuitable for some. The host was very helpful, including providing a portable air cooler in the bedroom, given the forecast for very hot weather during our July stay.
