Positive: Very friendly staff, always present to help, welcoming and warm but in a way that gives you a lot of privacy. A very relaxing place in a very overwhelming city. Beautiful hall, great garden, good food. Just great.

Positive: Stunning riad, phenomenal service from friendly staff who shared with us about their culture etc and helped with arranging taxis and accompanied to the parking lot at night. There was also a lovely garden. Location was just a couple minutes from one of the main streets in the Medina and from Ain Azlitan parking lot. Beautiful spacious room with sitting area and nice shower. Heat worked well

Positive: beautiful and quiet. Mohammed and especially Mourat went above and beyond. Had hammam and massages which were great and they stayed late for us

Positive: The location was superb! The staff were super helpful and friendly. They help with guides and a trip to the blue city. All were reasonable prices. Food was delicious, we asked for eggs and it was no problem. Dinner was also fabulous! Never felt rushed, it was a beautiful peaceful retreat within the Medina. Would highly recommend.
