Positive: Stunning riad, phenomenal service from friendly staff who shared with us about their culture etc and helped with arranging taxis and accompanied to the parking lot at night. There was also a lovely garden. Location was just a couple minutes from one of the main streets in the Medina and from Ain Azlitan parking lot. Beautiful spacious room with sitting area and nice shower. Heat worked well

Positive: beautiful and quiet. Mohammed and especially Mourat went above and beyond. Had hammam and massages which were great and they stayed late for us

Positive: The location was superb! The staff were super helpful and friendly. They help with guides and a trip to the blue city. All were reasonable prices. Food was delicious, we asked for eggs and it was no problem. Dinner was also fabulous! Never felt rushed, it was a beautiful peaceful retreat within the Medina. Would highly recommend.

Positive: We loved everything--the staff, the room, the location (in the medina but easy to reach by car). The food at the Ryad was also exceptional. They also arranged a wonderful tour guide for us.

Positive: Overall a fantastic experience! It's within the Medina walls but not in the busy streets of the Medina so you get the best of both worlds (proximity & quiet evenings). The roof view was outstanding and we had a great time lounging and sipping tea while getting our daily dose of sunshine. The garden was a dream as well. Our concierge Mohammed was perhaps the best part of the stay, his smile and personal recommendations made our stay truly memorable.

Negative: For the price, the food was quite disappointing. Dinner was 50 USD for 2 people and was ok at best. There are many options in the area so considering the price I'd go somewhere else. The breakfast was just bread three days in a row (albeit with yogurt and fresh OJ). An egg or some olives or something would have been nice.
