Positive: This place is truly exceptional, and our stay was unforgettable! A special mention goes to the gentlemen from the hotel staff, who took such wonderful care of us. They are incredibly kind and warm-hearted people. Throughout our stay, they made sure we lacked nothing. They treated me like a brother, which was truly special. We felt like part of a family here! It is thanks to them that our stay became unforgettable. I sincerely hope we will meet again one day! The lady from the hotel prepared for us the best couscous we have ever eaten in our lives. She also took great care of us. The couscous may seem a little expensive, but it is absolutely worth the price, and I highly recommend it. The riad is finished in a very tasteful style. I recommend paying attention to the details – they are simply stunning! This was the most beautiful riad we stayed in during our long journey through Morocco! Once again, I would like to thank the entire Riad Layalina team for this extraordinary time. I truly hope to see you again.

Positive: We loved the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. They did everything to accommodate our needs.

Negative: The smell of the sewage in the bathroom was a bit strong at times but I guess this is a common problem in the old houses of the Medina.

Positive: Great location on the beginning of medina, car accessible with private closed parking. Riad is even better than on the pictures, beautiful view from the roof where you can drink tea and take a rest after exploring Fés. Beautifully decorated.

Positive: Everyone at the Riad was unbelievably nice to us. We felt very much at home, The room was amazing. The breakfast was amazing! The Riad is very well located. They found us a wonderful give to give us a tour of the old Medina, the tour was super cool. We hope to be back!

Positive: This was our favourite hotel in Morocco. From the moment we walked in the door from a very long journey, we felt a home. Our host gave us a warm welcome with tea, water and biscuits. We were pleased also to be welcomed by their adorable little dog. Nothing was an issue and they helped us booking a delicious authentic Moroccan meal at a nearby restaurant. Also booked a guided walking tour with Moundire, what a positive and enthusiastic guide, felt like we were spending an afternoon with an old friend. if you come to Fes we highly recommend you request Moundire for a guided tour. The hotel and rooms were lovely, we definitely felt like we’d arrived in Morroco. The breakfast was outstanding!! A delicious feast to start your day. Parking is right across the road, making it easy to get luggage to the hotel and everything is an easy walk. This beautiful family take hospitality to the next level. If you come to Fes you must stay here!

Positive: From the minute you walk through the door, you are treated like family! Wonderful experience! The breakfast was delicious and filling to get you started for the day. We choose to eat some dinners at the riad as well and they were equally delicious and fresh (lemon chicken tajine and kefta tajine). The location could not be beat as it was a short walk to all parts of the medina.

Negative: No complaints! Excellent across the board.
