Positive: A fabulous Riad with beautiful interior and good location. Our room was clean very comfortable and refreshed daily. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace which enjoyed panoramic views. Our host was fantastic, he was very warm and welcoming and organised a great guided tour of the medina as well as other trips and transfers, nothing was too much trouble and we felt very cared for. Would highly recommend!

Positive: The Riad was an absolutely beautiful place to spend our time in Fes and we wish we had booked it for longer. Apart from the delicious food, comfortable bed and glorious AC the stand out for us was Said. From the moment we arrived he was welcoming, kind and lovely and every single one of his recommendations became the highlight of our trip. If he suggests an activity you can be assured that it will exceed your expectations. We can’t wait to come back.

Negative: Nothing, every aspect was an absolute pleasure.

Summary: If you’re going to stay in Fes be sure to stay here. It’s an intimate road where they make you feel like home.

Positive: This was our first trip to Fes and the booking was very last minute but to our surprise the location was amazing. It was around 10 minutes walk to the blue gate and through the souks also easily walkable to other attractions like the Medrasas and Tannery. One small thing I would like to add is that Fes is a hillly place so if you have walked downhill e.g. to the chourara tannery and caravanserai, you could find a nearby spot from where you could take the taxi back to the Ain Azliten parking that is very close to the Riad so you don't have to walk all the way up again. Just ask the locals for a spot to take Taxi from and they will navigate you to the closest road. The Riad is beautifully decorated from the inside and our room was of good size. The bed was comfortable whereas the sofa bed was hard. The room was clean and the AC definitely helped. Faisal was very helpful throughout our stay and always greeted us with a smile. On our first day when we had no idea where to get dinner from he walked us to a closeby restaurant also on our last day as we were leaving early he bought some snacks and drinks for us as breakfast was not being served at that time and walked us to the parking in the morning. We booked transfer from the airport through the Riad. The service was very good and our driver was very kind and welcoming. Our luggage was easily brought to the Riad without us having to worry or push any luggage through the streets. The breakfast was also very nice and everyday a slight bit different. The terrace is of good size and gives a beautiful view over the city of Fes.

Negative: The bathroom didn't seem clean, especially the floor and had a very bad smell throughout. At times it was difficult to stand in the bathroom due to the smell. We constantly had to make sure the bathroom door was shut otherwise the smell would enter the bedroom. The terrace was beautiful but a small suggestion would be to have one part with a shade on top so even on sunny days guests can enjoy the terrace.
