Positive: The location was just in front of Lake Kivu with an absolutely beautiful view. There's also fresh Tilapia available to buy and grill.

Positive: Our stay at Rusal Haven was amazing. It surpassed our expections. The room was clean, beautifully curated and had such a refreshing scent. The shower was equally refreshing and nicely hot or cold depending on your liking. The breakfast was delicious and well balanced. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the spinach soup and the array of fruits. We also had dinner when we arrived and it was delicious as well. The location is perfectly located, being close to the road and provides a perfect view of Lake Kivu, with an access to a beach right across the premise. The environment is interestingly quiet being that it's so close to the road, with trees around. The place is also close enough, literally a walking distance to the hotspirings and some nice restaurants close by. Finally the hospitality was simply the best. Aristo ( Aristote) was such a lovely host and he made our experience so much better. He was very helpful right from the moment I reached out with my enquiries. He patiently answered and assisted me even before getting to the premise. During our stay, he continued with his top notch assistance, by going above and beyond to help out with our stay and experience of the area. He gave us some really good recommendations of activities and places to visit and we genuinely had a great time. I highly recommend Rusal Haven. What you see is exactly what you get, if not better 😊😊.

Positive: This place is exceptional! The staff (father and son) are there for everything you need. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. The room spacious and comfortable, view one of the best in Rwanda, overlooking Lake Kivu. I even got to cook some Ugali and Isombe with the staff. Would definately recommend this place! Thank you so much Ariston, you were a wonderfull host!

Positive: This place my friend is the best. So I went there looking for calm place, no loud noises where someone can stay to relax and enjoy the views of Lake kivu. The place is clean, staff are respectful, and respect people's privacy so breakfast is served If you are a shy person you won't have problems enjoying yourself there cz you won't be seeing any people while eating just you and your partner. So briefly the place is amazing and we were on cloud nine when we were there but so sad when our stay cation ended
Negative: I didn't like the fact that they don't have photographers who could help us take pictures but everything else was amazing for sure
