Positive: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ubucuti! The accommodations were immaculate and offered a stunning view of Lake Kivu. The food was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly supportive. Savine and the manager, Jean Marie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room package also included access to a fantastic outdoor Jacuzzi, parking, and a car cleaning service for guests who drove themselves. They are also available to help organize various activities, including boat rides and jet skiing. I highly recommend Ubucuti for anyone looking for a peaceful and private place to unwind and rejuvenate

Positive: The room was cosy, the toilet was clean, big and private without being cagy. The staff said yes to every desire of ours, can't thank them enough. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise of deliciousness and variety. The view was breathtaking, lush greenery and the view of lake kivu from up top was awesome.

Positive: The lodge has been finished to the highest standards. It hits the absolute sweet spot of combining chic with homely. Savine, your host at the lodge, is friendly, informative and extremely helpful. She has recruited and trained her team extremely well as they are all, from the security guard at the gate onwards, lovely and professional in their roles. If you choose to stay here you will not regret it.

Positive: The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I think this is one of the best hotels in this area and I highly recommend it.
