Summary: Value for size of room was not good. Very small room.

Summary: there were cracks in the bathroom floor that could cut a person’s foot. Not one day did they replace the towels properly after cleaning. Sometimes we had a full set and sometimes not.

Summary: Pleasant front desk staff, horrible bar staff. They need to learn how to make a martini. Everywhere else in Banff makes great ones. Hotel was very comfortable but is in dire need of a refresh. Decor is stuck in the 80s. Rather expensive, all things considered.

Summary: It is an okay hotel. Not as nice as some of the others in town. The staff was not particularly friendly. The parking is terrible. The room was ok, but on the small side. The pool was a joke compared to the photos online, as was the small lobby. For what you pay, it was just average, nothing great.

Summary: Great location in the heart of Banff. Easy access and underground parking a plus. Very nice staff.

Summary: Very expensive hotel for your average mid level accomadation. The door strike had to be repaired twice and the air conditioner rattaled so badly, I was ready to sleep in tbe car and not wake up the family.

Summary: We had an unfortunate situation, our first room on the 2nd floor was lovely and spacious - but it smelled bad. (Turns out they had done some drain cleaning that resulted in a sewage smell for our room and the room above us) We first told a housekeeper who said she would let the manager know, but after two hours I went to the front desk. The front desk people were so nice and accommodating, and changed our room. However, it left us sitting in our room with our bags for about 90 minutes while they tried to find a room. They finally relocated us to a first floor room on the front of the hotel. It was located right by the front walk so everyone walking by could see in. We had requested a high floor, so this was not really what we wanted, but we had wasted so much time by that point we took the first floor room. I was disappointed they didn't comp us in some way for the inconvenience. However, it is a lovely place and close enough to walk into town.
