Summary: We had a great week and ended up meeting some fabulous friends who suggested Reals Surf camp. Amazing experience and both kids (12, 11) just want to go back and surf. We have been down to outer banks every year, first time staying in Rodanthe. Usually go all the way to Hatteras. This was a nice mid location as kids also had friend in Nags Head; unit is very well sourced. I always pack a bunch of food; but prices this year were crazy in groceries store. Unit has washer dryer so just pack minimal clothes and tons of food, laundry supplies, soap, etc There are groceries close by and more in Avon

Summary: What an amazing property!! My husband and I fell in love with it the minute we arrived. The ocean views are spectacular...literally just out the back door, with just a minute or two walk to the beach. I spent a great deal of time on the deck just appreciating the view and listening to the waves crash.The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. If you think the pictures are nice, just wait until you see it in person! Access to the property pool was quick and easy! The pool was clean, well-maintained and was a great spot for sunbathing and cooling off. I 1000% recommend this property. It was great for us as a couple. Would be fantastic for 2 couples or a small family. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Fingers crossed, we will be back! -Alicia

Summary: The OBX is splendid in itself but the pleasure of a clean and comfortable living space, a well appointed kitchen and an exquisite porch facing the ocean topped it off.

Summary: The host , Kathy, was beyond helpful even before we got to the property. She checked in with me and shared some things to see and do while we were there. The condo was beautifully done and had everything you could want in the kitchen. The balcony overlooking the ocean was where we had all our meals. It was a very short walk on the boardwalk to the beach and you could sit out on the Sound side as well to see the sunset. It was the perfect central location to explore the Outer Banks. The bed was comfy and we could hear the waves at night. My husband w joyed the pool While I walked the beach. The Pier is within waking distance on the beach and there’s restaurants just a minute away. We are in love with the Outer Banks, we would 100% go back to stay with Kathy!

Summary: OMG, love this place, and the host is wonderful! 3rd level condo with great beach view and access. And upper unit gives higher ceilings with great crown woodwork and cove lighting. Rode down to Avon, then Hatteras for day trips. Cute little town. We'll be back!
