Positive: Location was excellent, just a short walk from the town centre. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Jeff and Anona could not have been more friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the little extras in our room such as fresh milk in the fridge and a wide selection of tea bags.

Negative: Couldn't fault this B&B.

Positive: The hosts were so helpful and friendly, really enjoyed our conversations in the morning during delicious breakfasts, they offered advice and suggestions for during our trip and plenty local knowledge, very interesting! Lovely house and the room was clean and comfortable! Approx 7 min easy walk to the main street/area of Lerwick- Great location :) also added bonus were the adorable Sheltie dogs that lived there too!

Positive: Good location close to all the main restaurants. Friendly and informative host and hostess. Excellent choice and quality breakfast. Room was serviced every day. Good selection of drinks in room. Silent fridge.

Negative: Up 2 flights of steep stairs the (green) room has a sloping roof with restricted headroom - none of this is mentioned in the room description or during booking. Mark deducted for this. Slightly uncomfortable bed. Several of the reviews refer to the larger 1st floor rooms not available on Booking.com. This is very misleading

Positive: Breakfast selection was great; cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit followed by full Scottish (or selections from). Potato farles were our fave.
