Positive: The staff is amazing! She booked everything I wanted and made me the itinerary so I didn't get lost or waste time at the mountain. Very nice people The bed was clean and the furniture and towels looked clean too. Free laundry and water bottles which is a big plus. There is a hair dryer and the a/c works well. The view is very cute.

Negative: I don't know if it is just me but I thought it was an open terrace and not just a view from the window. The view is still amazing but I was expecting a terrace with sliding doors. The hotel is hard to find for didi drivers even with the hotel's chinese, english name. The hotel is very outdated and the facilities are old and worn out. While the bedroom area was clean, the common spaces were not clean at all and the bathroom area was not really deep cleaned.

Positive: Great location, 2 min drive to Zhangjiajie National Park and 2 min walk to food stalls and Main Street area. Also, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They did the entire park ticket booking and route information which was a huge help. The cleaning service also came in and changed towels and cleaned daily.

Negative: Gnats.

Positive: We really liked this hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.

Positive: Room is spacious, very good view, modern and very good facility. Free mineral water in the lobby. The lady reception is very helpfull throughout our stay. The hotel near restaurant and wulingyuan national park, but its 40 minutes ride to tianmen mountain, 72 lou, or airport, about 50rmb one way didi to the city.

Negative: Cars taxi didi can not enter the property front door, so from tha main street have to walk about 100 meters inside.

Summary: Recommended for travelling to zhangjiajie national forest park.

Positive: Lovely stay here in this beautiful property. Rooms were comfortable, clean, cool and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped plan our itinerary every day for trips to Zhangjiajie National Park.
