Positive: Hospitality at its best! They are welling to do whatever makes you happy and comfortable They helped with a plan to visit the city, 3 days plan including transportation made the trip much easier specially when chinese people dont speak English in scenic areas!

Negative: I found bugs in the cabin, they helped me with bug spray and it really worked!

Positive: Celestial Valley just blew us away, the views are incredible and the layout of the place itself was so pretty. The staff we beyond exceptional, friendly and attentive. We slept like babies in the comfortable bed and the quiet with just the sounds of nature. The rides to and from the park and Zhangjiajie were great and frankly necessary as it is a little remote, but so worth it to get away from the hustle and bustle. Bonuses were the tea ceremony, the chill dogs and cats and the delicious breakfast!

Positive: Absolutely great location with wonderful view. A lovely swimming pool with the best view ever. Nice spacious rooms, a pick up service and a service to drive you wherever you wish to go in the surroundings. A very good team of young people that do their best to help you with booking tickets, prepare your trip etc. Good communication.

Negative: We have 2 suggestions: 1. A few nice beds to relax at the pool would be nice. 2. The pool is quit deep and there are no steps to get in...and subsequently to get out. So maybe a rail to be able to get out of the pool without the help of a plastic chair as a step, would be a good addition. But great pool, no doubt about that!
