Summary: We had a clean, comfortable room and it met all our needs. There are some restaurants within walking distance but it is a walk away from the main stretch of town. I would stay here again.

Summary: First our room was dirty, carpet, and found food remainings on the floor. Carpet was just dirty and the room smell just dirty. We requested to be changed to another room and they requested to upgraded. We did upgrade for $200. More. The food was not what we expected. Just very plain and simple. Did not have hot tea option. We have been to other hotels in Beijing, Xi’an and Shanghai and they absolutely offered much better services. I will not recommend this hotel at all. We will come back to Zhangjiajie, but will stay at a different hotel for sure. For what ever a customer pay, the least we all deserve is a CLEAN ROOM. I hope business owners do take into consideration customers’ reviews. At the end of the day it is up to us to keep your business running.

Summary: Pullman hotel had a fantastic breakfast that really helped us fuel our bodies for long days of hiking in the National Forest. The foot messages at the hotel spa were fantastic and the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location to walk to the waterfront and restaurants.
