Negative: The property is advertised as a private lighthouse. It was a huge disappointment. There is no lighthouse. There is a vertical structure that is an addition to the dwelling with windows and a light but it is not a lighthouse. The view is nice and accommodations were clean and comfortable but it is definitely not a private lighthouse as advertised.

Negative: Internet was unreliable and we did not realize the bathroom was not connected to the room, nor was it heated making for a bit of a surprise in the morning.

Positive: It was a great room, very clean, wonderful view. There was coffee in the room and creamers, plenty of towels, etc. It was easy to get in and the directions and instructions were clear.

Negative: The bathroom is not *in* the room. This is really not a big deal, because it is still private, but it is a little bit awkward.

Summary: Super clean, super easy, great value for sure. Would def stay again.

Positive: The host was very communicative. We arrived late and she gave us great directions and waited up for us. This is essentially the upstairs suite at her house. Its a big beautiful house. Parking was in front in the driveway. It was super clean, spacious, easy to get to, quiet, homey. Beautiful room, and view. Its a great place for a couple to stay. Very convenient and close to Mystic CT. I would highly recommend this instead of a hotel.

Negative: Nothing really. There were absolutely no negatives.

Summary: Beautiful hose, beautiful view, gracious host. Stay here instead of a hotel!
