Positive: Loved the view and the open concept. Loved the pool table and deck. Loved the spacious rooms.

Negative: I didn’t realize there was either tenants or another booking downstairs. I would’ve liked to know there were other people on the property. We had small children that we were trying to keep from romping around the house.

Positive: It had a beautiful wrap around deck with an amazing river view

Negative: The property stated in the listing that there was a hot tub. There was not a hot tub at all it was actually an indoor jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which didn’t work! Also the bottom of the house was also rented out which meant that we had neighbors under us our whole stay and in the welcome book at the house stated that “Quiet time” was 10 pm. The whole point to renting a house is for privacy for our family. Didn’t know we had to be quiet. Other than that the house was beautiful and clean and we would consider going back.

Summary: Too short. But very enjoyable while we were there.
