Summary: Our stay was wonderful in every way. The king room was pristinely clean as was the bathroom. The manager met my wife and showed her all about the room and property. We had excellent communication and appreciate the well wishes for our further journey after we left. Great choice in New London.

Summary: The room, bathroom, building was very clean. William was very helpful. The air conditioning was great. The Williams center was a short distance from town. William even picked us up from the train station.

Summary: Simple but effective accommodations...essentially like renting a room in a multi level house...comfortable bed and nice personal touches with no frills but inexpensive...clean and good location...what makes the difference is the manager who takes great pride and attention in his place...very attentive and provides personal care...no large corporate nonsense and better than your typical B&B setting

Summary: Williams Center is no-frills but a good option for a safe, extremely clean, friendly place to stay. The room has no TV, but good wi-fi. There's a fridge in the room. Coffee maker is available in a common kitchen, along with a larger fridge and a small stove. Breakfast is self-serve muffins or croissant and juice that are in the fridge - nothing fancy but gets you out the door. Room was very quiet and dark - good windows/curtains and the bed was comfy. William was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: William was an incredibly kind and attentive manager who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were simple, but they were spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for.
