Positive: Our stay at River Valley Resorts was absolutely wonderful! The experience was full of enjoyment and relaxation. The view of the mountains with the cloudy atmosphere was breathtaking. Positive: The place is just 6 km from the main road. Location wise it is very near to the main town square. The rooms could have been better. For a quadruple room we were given only 1 soap bar and 3 towels. The rooms have mould and the curtains need some serious cleaning. There are small openings in the windows from which insects can come inside. The room had an interconnecting door which had a significant gap between them. Food was good. They take pre orders and cook the food accordingly. The breakfast timing is not safari timings friendly. Breakfast starts at 9 am until 10 am. If you have a safari booked for 9.30 or so, you will not get any breakfast like us. The breakfast cost was included for us but we could not have it since we had a safari booked for 9.30. We asked them to serve at 8.30 but they did not provide it. Overall you can stay for a day if there are no options or on a budget. But the food charges are at par with that of restaurants.

Positive: Room we got first was worst, no water, bedsheets not clean, used sheets being used again etc. The next took that we got was clean and comfortable. Food was good and tasty especially the breakfast. Location is good and scenic.

Negative: Lack of cleanliness, sheets and comforts are old, feels like they are using the used ones.
