Positive: Beautiful gardens with views to the mountains. On site restaurant. Balcony seating area. Safaris arranged by hotel with Mr Radah Krishna who was an excellent and well informed guide.

Negative: Parents not keeping their children under control allowing them to run wild throughout the hotel grounds at all hours of the day. Shame because it could have been a wonderfully tranquil place to enjoy the lovely gardens and view.

Positive: property is perfectly maintained, neat and hygienic.

Negative: Staff appeared unpleasant...a person helped it's to cast the luggage to the rooms at the time of check in. But at the time of time of check out he was standing there with no signs to help us

Positive: Staff Behavior and room cleanliness. The food was too good and the quantity as well. Staff Alwyn was excellent and made our stay way more comfortable then expected.

Negative: They calling every time from 8:30 PM onwards for food order when last order is to be placed by 10PM. While they did serve at 10:30 as we wanted but becomes very annoying when they keep chasing from 8:30 PM onwards rest all good.

Positive: It’s nestled in a rural area and has a beautiful ambience with the Mountain View and traditional set up, yet fulfilling a luxurious stay and extraordinary service. The staff went out of their way cooking food if our choice for all 3 meals and attended to each of our needs.
