Summary: Booked this cute cabin very spur of the moment. Booking was super easy and the communication was quick and friendly! Check in was a breeze and the property has just about everything you need (toiletries, dishes, detergent, towels, etc)The cabin is in a BEAUTIFUL location with great views of the mountains and river. The river is also accessible by a short, private trail from the cabin. The cabin is technically 3 levels with a surprising amount a space! There’s enough room for the whole family and we absolutely LOVED the basement! It was set up like a whole other house down there with a huge living space, big TV, Pool table, full bathroom, two big beds, darts, a sitting table, and had its own deck with a hot tub! The family loved spending the evenings downstairs. The only couple of complaints/suggestions I’d make is that the beds and pillows are VERY firm so we had a bit of trouble getting comfortable at night to go to sleep. The cabin is beautifully updated in certain areas but it does still have some wear and tear and weak spots in certain places but nothing major. I’d also suggest maybe adding a small refrigerator in the basement to go along with the theme down there of having it all. It looks like more updates to this property are possibly in the works already so I can’t wait to see what else gets added! We will definitely be back! The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 was definitely the hard uncomfortable beds but everything else was great!

Summary: I absolutely loved this cabin. It had the right amount of stay for a getaway with friends. The scenery was beautiful. I have booked quite a few cabins with Blue Creek, and this was my favorite. I would love to come back.

Summary: We loved our stay at the River Bend Lodge; I hosted friends for my birthday and it was roomy enough for a group, appreciated showers/bathrooms on each floor! We enjoyed the hot tub, watching sunsets on the back deck and pool table was a bonus. There is a nice walk from the cabin down to the river. Would be a great place in the summer or a cozy retreat in the winter. Not a bad drive from Atlanta, and even visited the nearby German town Helen during our trip; will be back!

Summary: My family went up to the River Bend Lodge for a long weekend. What can I say? It was the perfect getaway! My two children loved exploring the trail down to the river and playing pool in the downstairs game room. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub, and large cinema room. The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking and enjoying the views from the porch makes for the perfect night in! The cabin is conveniently located near some great attractions too. It is a quick drive to Helen, GA for some Bavarian eats, Tallulah Gorge for a hike, and Yonah Mountain Vineyard and NoFo Brewing for family friendly libations in a fun setting! The cabin has plenty of space for more than one family to enjoy together, and we will definitely be back when it is warmer to explore the trails we didn’t get to see (closed for cold weather) and to enjoy the river. The house has a fishing pole, and we heard tales that there might even be trout to catch!!!

Summary: My family and I met friends at this spacious cabin and were so impressed with how secluded it felt even though it was such a short drive from Atlanta. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a homemade dinner around the farm table or taking a soak in the hot tub. Beautiful nature is available from the cabin whether you want to gaze at the abundant stars from the upper or lower deck or take a quick walk to the river for a picnic at one of the multiple riverside seating areas. I 100% will be coming back!
