Positive: The apartment is cozy and the bed is very comfortable. We loved watching TV in the comfy living area. If you’re not planning on doing a lot of cooking, it’s nice!

Negative: Unfortunately we liked it a bit less than last time when the power was out - we realized the space is very dark if the light is not on and the living room and kitchen are on the same light switch. As the power was out last time, we didn’t use a lot of the electrical appliances - this time we wanted to do a lot more cooking and a lot of the pots and pans are dented and the one that is flat has the non-stick surface all scraped up. There’s no dishwasher, so if you cook a lot you’ll also be washing a lot of dishes. The toaster is not great quality. There were also some cleanliness and housekeeping issues this time around. The lock didn’t actually lock unless you jiggled it - a squirt of WD40 helped, but didn’t completely remove the issue. The outdoor table was broken. Our socks were dark from the floors - they need some deep cleaning. And the underside of the wardrobes weren’t super clean, the dryer had dog hair, the oven was dirty and was smoking for a good bit when we first used it. It wasn’t terrible or gross or anything, just a lot of smaller issues that were adding up.

Positive: I LOVED Haven at Hazel, Downtown Loft! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our group was two adults and one teenager. It was perfect for us. The living room was relaxing and had a good view. The kitchen was well appointed with enough dishes etc. for us. It even had cookbooks! And the living room had novels on the corner shelf. We enjoyed our stay there so much while we were exploring Helen, GA and visiting the Christmas market. My wife loved it so much, she would happily move into the place!

Summary: Such a great place to stay! Cute, comfortable, clean, and in a good location!

Positive: Clean, Spacious, Working Air Conditioning, Well Lit, Comfortable Beds, Pillows, Towels, Sheets, Sofas, Chairs... and, Thanks so much for leaving laundry, dishwash detergent.

Negative: Please, if at all possible, could you please leave more body wash, conditioner, and kitchen trash bags? Especially for families with kids. That would be wonderful. Thank you
