Excellent 69 m² ground floor apartment in the centre of Ericeira, right in front of the beach, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.
It has a living room with TV and sofa (which is a sofa bed), two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
It also has internet access (wifi) and a hair dryer.
It is located 10m from Praia dos Pescadores and 130m from Praça da Republica, one of the most central and iconic places in Ericeira, where there are terraces, restaurants and a wide range of shops, including a supermarket, pharmacy, clothing stores, home decor, hairdresser and beauty salon, gastronomy shops and traditional items, among others. If you don\'t want to go out of Ericeira, you won\'t need to use your car at all during your holidays!
