Excellent 2-bedroom apartment with a terrace and barbecue, accommodating up to 5 people. Located very close, on foot, to the centre of Ericeira and with a wonderful sea view. It is set in a condominium with a garden and swimming pool. It has a living room with a sofa bed, TV and fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Externally, it has a large terrace with a barbecue and furniture. It also has an iron, internet access (WiFi) and a hair dryer.Note:For stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Summary: The apartment is truly spectacular. We stayed for 2 months and will be back. The view of the ocean garners the most beautiful sunsets every evening. The apartment has all the amenities you’d expect of a home.. there has been thoughtfulness in every detail. It’s walking distance from the beach, from the town center, perched on the hill. Close enough to hear the ocean but far enough that is is peaceful and quiet. After staying at many places in Portugal, this is my favourite by far. The first days we had no hot water but the service to fix it immediately was great. Still, we had trouble regulating the temperature of the shower a bit but it wasn’t a big deal if you were patient.
