Positive: The location was very beautiful of having a nice kitchen where cooking was food with some good tunes. In addition I just liked the overall vibe of the place.

Negative: I think just the construction site that is still around the place. Other than that nothing to say.

Positive: I am not sure this business model will work for short term stays in the long run because you share common spaces (kitchen, pool, etc) with people who don't know each other, so there is a potential tragedy of the commons. Also, the wood and other materials used seem vulnerable to the sand that people will inevitably bring in from the beach. But for now, it's brand new and fantastic, as long as you are willing to live in a new construction area 15 minutes walking up from the center
