The 170 square meter apartment, recently renovated in 2019, consists of four bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and three bathrooms. It is located in the heart of Venice next to the Rialto bridge, in an area served by all kinds of shops. At three minutes the beautiful and ancient market of fish, fruit and vegetables, surrounded by restaurants, cafes among the most typical of the city. Two minutes away, a path without bridges, from the line 1 boat stop that connects the whole city, from Piazzale Roma / train station to San Marco and beyond. The apartment which has just been renovated and furnished with new furniture is comfortable, bright, composed of four bedrooms, of which two double bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom) the third bedroom has two single beds that can become a matrimonial. The fourth is accessed from behind the living room with a small staircase, it is a typical Venetian space overlooking the Grand Canal and en-suite bathroom. Each room has its own closet. In the living room there is a large double sofa bed with smart TV. The dining room offers a large table for 9/11 seats. The kitchen is new, super equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, cold room, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots ... and every useful tool for cooking meals at home. Moreover the whole house is equipped with air conditioning and free wifi as well as the use of the washing machine and iron. The supply of towels and sheets is included. Ideal solution for large families or groups of friends thanks to the large spaces.

Summary: If you are having any doubts about this property, drop them. This place was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The location was incredible. Easy walks to the ferry for Burano, the Basilica, the markets and the eateries. We had a group of 7, and we were all very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax, dependable Wi-Fi, good kitchen space. No issues with noise being so close to the Rialto Bridge. We had an issue with a tripped breaker (too many steamers and hairdryers going at once), but the host was quick to respond and we had the issue corrected in a timely fashion. I would have no reservations about staying in this location and if we come back, I would stay again!!

Summary: Nine guest slept comfortably. Updated furnishing, complimentary snacks, plenty of room, and amazing location. Host wS an excellent communicator. She arranged water taxis from the airport and to the train station. Excellent meal right outside the door and great service. We highly recommend it was wonderful. Pack light it is on the top floor with many stairs.

Summary: Ilaria was a wonderful host, kept in good communication with us before, during and after our stay. She readily assisted with our transportation needs and was very accommodating. The apartment was immaculate and spacious and could not have been in a more highly desired location! We had a wonderful time in Venice, thank you so much, Ilaria!

Summary: The view of the Rialto Bridge is amazing and being so close to water taxi service is quite an advantage. It's very busy around here so if you are looking for total peacefulness than this is not the property for you. The only criticism we have is the showers. The temperatures go up and down and the water pressure needs improvement. I realize this is old infrastructure but we have stayed many places in Europe that were able to correct better for that. Beyond that, the apartment is beautiful and spacious and Ileria was super responsive and she even leaves you some welcome treats! Such a nice touch! Take the private water taxi she arranges- it is like riding into Venice from a James Bond movie!! Wonderful property!

Summary: Bravo!!! We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment, overseeing the Rialto Bridge! Everything was absolutely wonderful.
