They surprised us with a free upgrade to a spacious luxury suite, beautifully decorated and full of character. Every detail of our stay was handled with care, and we were truly treated like royalty. The team went above and beyond to make our time in Fes special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Medina.
