Positive: The welcome was very nice, the staff was attentive and helpful. Really liked the whole experience.

Negative: The bath/ shower was a little hard to navigate as we’re from North America.

Positive: This is really a beautiful space. Everything was well decorated. The room was large and comfortable. The rooftop area is spacious with lots of nooks and crannies. Very quiet too. The dinner we ordered was very good. Abdul is super helpful in organizing everything. He works really hard! It's on the edge of the old medina, so away from the tourist hordes. Overall very happy with our decision to stay here. I liked Fes more than I expected and a large part of it was probably because of this place.

Negative: When people are noisy in the common area, it impacts the bedrooms that all surround the courtyard. Elaborate spa-style tub, but no fixed showerhead.

Positive: Our stay at this Riad was great, with Abdoul providing amazing service from throughout our time there, from organising a taxi to collect us from the train station, through to preparing breakfast for us early when we left for a desert trip. The building is stunning and was newly refurbished and is located on the edge of the Medina making it fairly simple to access via car if needed, as well as being only a short walk from the centre.

Negative: I was not initially a fan of the direct contact via Whatsapp from an unknown seemingly personal number, however this was actually really helpful and is seemingly how many companies operate, it might be useful to note this when a booking is made.

Positive: Staying here feels like being in a royal palace. The atmosphere is truly incredible, and the riad is an apotheosis of art and beauty that words can barely describe. The rooms are spacious and have been recently renovated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The inner garden and the terrace are simply fantastic. I highly recommend dining at the riad at least once—both dinner and breakfast were among the best meals I've ever had in Morocco. Finally, Abdoul was the cherry on top! He was exceptionally welcoming, offered invaluable advice, and took care of us from start to finish. Abdoul's attention to detail truly makes guests feel at home. I also recommend booking a medina tour with Zinabidine through Abdoul—it was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip!

Positive: We had such a lovely stay at riad semlalia - the riad is gorgeous and the room was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive. We also loved the location - on the edge of the medina which meant it was convenient for walking around as well as taxi pick up. the rooftop is wonderful with a pool and lovely views of the surrounding hills.

Negative: We loved the bath but it would have been nice to also have a shower as well.

Positive: Beautiful, clean, and spacious riad close to the Medina. Abdoul, the man working at the front desk is super helpful and friendly. He was there to help me with whatever I needed and made me feel at ease in a new place. Breakfast in the morning is great. The views from the top of the riad are great and there's also a swimming pool there. I highly recommend staying at this place!
