Positive: Incredibly decorated Riad, recently renovated. It’s like a museum. The host Abdul was also very helpful and attentive, made us feel at home. Great location. Food is excellent. Beautiful terrace.

Negative: There is no shower, just a tub with a shower handle. Not only that but a couple of times we did not get hot water. The room was on the last floor only reached through a tiny stairwell which made it hard to bring up and down our bags, the room was poorly distributed which means we didn’t really use the lounge area. The bathroom door was not installed properly and couldn’t close and there is a dangerous little step when entering the bathroom. These details make the steep price not worth it.

Summary: Amazing hotel, and authentically designed. However has practical issues that give it poor value.

Positive: The staffs amazing. Abdou and his crew were sinking and helpful, they made us feel at home from te start. The food is so good, delicious breakfast and best lunches and diners.

Negative: Everything was Beautiful but the room didn’t had a stand for the shower which wasn’t so nice. But for the rest I couldn’t name a thing.

Positive: This riad is one of the most beautiful places my family has ever stayed. Everything about it from the rooms, to the rooftop, to the food was amazing. The staff were all super helpful, kind, and friendly. They helped arrange any tour we wanted to go on, and went above and beyond for service!

Negative: The bathrooms in some of the rooms were a little hot, but it wasn’t that big of deal.

Positive: This is really a beautiful space. Everything was well decorated. The room was large and comfortable. The rooftop area is spacious with lots of nooks and crannies. Very quiet too. The dinner we ordered was very good. Abdul is super helpful in organizing everything. He works really hard! It's on the edge of the old medina, so away from the tourist hordes. Overall very happy with our decision to stay here. I liked Fes more than I expected and a large part of it was probably because of this place.

Negative: When people are noisy in the common area, it impacts the bedrooms that all surround the courtyard. Elaborate spa-style tub, but no fixed showerhead.
