Positive: The property is stunning and impeccably clean. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options including breads, fruits, and sweet treats. Siham truly masters the art of hospitality! She is amazing and caring, just like the rest of the staff! Definitely the highlight of the place. When we couldn’t reach the tour we had booked, she went above and beyond to contact them and ensure we had a great experience. Finally, the location is perfect, just a few steps from the Medina. I highly recommend this place!

Positive: A wonderful stay at Riad Al Mazar in Fes. The riad is beautifully decorated, very clean, and full of authentic charm. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. It’s a peaceful place in a great location, perfect for experiencing the heart of the medina. I truly enjoyed my time there and would happily return.

Positive: Everything but especially the wonderful treatment provided by longtime concierge Siham and her staff and the ornate but restrained decoration masterminded by owner Halid. I bought spring vegeatbels (artichoke bottoms, favas and peas) in the Rcif market on our first day and for our lunch on the second Sihad arraned for the kitchen to make them into a tagione for us, perhaps the best dish we ate in Morocco. One of the all time favorite hotels anywhere of two longtime travellers.

Positive: Road Mazar is a total gem. The staff were brilliant from arrival to departure, nothing was too much trouble, they were keen to help with a smile. The public areas of the road are stunning and the rooms beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious treat to start the day and the location is easily accessible, being reachable by taxi but right on the edge of the Medina. We only left today and have already recommended this accommodation to friends.

Negative: Nothing, considering the price this is an unbelievable stay.

Positive: Beautiful and charming old Riad, with a new addition just opening.

Negative: Poor WiFi reception, no restaurant, only a bread-heavy breakfast without choices. The lobby area was unheated and so the guests and owners had to wear jackets or coats.

Positive: The staff was super friendly. We felt immediately welcome and the hotel itself is recently updated and beautiful. It is located right at the entrance to the medina, which made exploring easy. They connected us with a local tour guide as well which was helpful in navigating the medina and actually getting to meet some locals.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Positive: It was a good location, peaceful but not far from the blue door entrance to the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Beautiful Riad, new but old world style with incredible tiling and wood and marble carving detail. Great to have an elevator too!

Negative: The bed could be more comfortable - maybe a mattress topper needed

Positive: Riad Mazar was the best Riad we stayed at in Morocco. Siham and all the staff were exceptional; they were professional, friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The entire building and rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. Breakfast every morning was freshly made, delicious and very generous. Siham arranged a walking tour of Fes for us, helped us choose a lovely Hammam and even spoke to a taxi driver on the phone after hours, when we got lost. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants near by and an easy walk to the Souk. Thank you to the whole Mazar team for a truly memorable stay.

Negative: Everything was excellent.
