Summary: My family of 4 (kids aged 4 and 1.5) just spent 10 days at Marival Emotions and had a wonderful trip. It was nice having access to the member benefits (laundry service, access to the beachfront restaraunts). The host, Darin, was a breeze to deal with prior to our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The property itself is excellent . This year we were disappointed in the lack of well-trained staff. We had waits for food in the beach restaurant. We have been spoiled in the past , I guess, by very prompt and conscientious service. Many of the new staff are not as professional as what we have always previously been accustomed to.
