Summary: One of the best Residence Inn stays we have had. The 2 bedroom loft was nice. Daily service was great and the breakfasts were good. The staff was courteous and efficient

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Deerfield from August 9th to 10th, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. After the overwhelming process of purchasing a new home, we desperately needed a peaceful getaway — and this hotel gave us exactly that. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff member who checked us in was incredibly cheerful, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. His friendly attitude set the tone for our entire stay, and the thoughtful welcome gift was a pleasant surprise that we truly appreciated. Our room was spotless, cozy, and felt just like home — exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. It’s by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future.

Summary: We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days. There were actually pretzels on the floor. The staff was very nice. The location was good. We could hear everything from the room above us. It sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the floor. We could also hear a dog barking. I was totally exhausted by time we returned home
