Positive: Vicinity was good. Lots of parking. Very nice hotel.

Negative: The biggest complaint would be that we went to get water out of the sink in the bar by the microwave and noticed black stuff in our water. Come to find out, the mold was handing from the spout where the water comes out. I cleaned it very good. It looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. I hope we do not get sick! Big turnoff. I have stayed here every time our cheer girls go to Chicago. I’m thinking I might stay somewhere else next time.

Summary: Everyone was nice and rooms were nice. Lots of parking. Room sinks not clean.

Positive: The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Had a great night sleep, and we were able to come and go as we needed with ease.

Negative: The bathroom in our room was in need of a little bit of upkeep. Cleanliness was okay, but it was mostly that there was some light maintenance needed.

Positive: The staff was extremely friendly; the room service dining personnel were professional, kind, and all-around great. The pool was very pleasant. The restaurant food very good. The staff at the desk were very, very helpful

Negative: The one problem that we experienced was the extreme temperature settings in the hallways and lobby. In the elevator access areas, the temperature was constantly set at 60 degrees F; it would have been much more comfortable (and economical for the hotel!) if set at 72-75.
