Positive: Main entrance and sitting room were very nice, rooms modern features were great, had a luxury feel in those aspects. Staff was very professional. Very nice dining area at cost

Negative: Sheets smelt of something had to have them changed out, bed was rather firm and the bedding was very sparse and uncomfortable. The hallways didn’t match the rooms or main entryway at all it was hard to roll luggage on the old carpet and they only had like 2 towels in the room for a 2 night stay, no free breakfast options

Summary: Lovely features visually in main spaces, lacked refinement in comfort and style

Positive: The room was big and spacious which was nice.

Negative: The beds had a divet in the middle so my wife and I fell into the middle. The lighting in the room was dark.

Positive: Check in was very efficient! Rooms were clean .

Negative: We were a family of three so needed to use the pull out sofa which was ridiculous. The “mattress” felt like bed springs barely covered. You could feel every spring. My teenage daughter opted to sleep on the sofa without the bed open even though her feet hung off the end, because the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. The hotel staff offered us an extra blanket as cushioning but that didn’t help. Phone in the room didn’t work so we kept having to go down to the lobby to ask the one guy on duty at the front desk for help.
