Summary: Check-in process was a little bit slow. Overall experience is good.

Summary: Room setting - you have a round table and a sofa bench but not chairs which makes eating in the room uncomfortable. Amenities - you don't even provide plates for the cups or glasses for drinking water. I had to call house keeping to get a couple of wine glasses etc. Very poorly equipped. Bathroom - the wash basin counter is too small, the toilet should be isolated in a separate room, the handheld shower head should be changed for a more user-friendly and more water pressure.
