Positive: The hotel is modern, with fairly new furniture and furnishings. Very spacious and it was quiet. Next to a mall which was convenient and it had a nice view on the Shenzhen reservoir area and the mountains.

Negative: The hotel was very dark, it could do with some more light. It felt like being in a bar the whole time. The breakfast was poor as it was made upon ordering and limited to one breakfast per room (whereas we were staying with two guests in a room as per room description). All the essentials were available in the room, but it was very simple, not that extra touch which I would expect from a 5-star hotel.
