Summary: Cant say enough good things about our 3 month stay at this property. Our host Walker was super responsive and helpful throughout. They obviously put a lot of thought and care into making their property a very upscale and comfortable place to stay. Both bedrooms/bathrooms are very nice but the master bathroom in particular was like an oasis with the rainfall showerhead, large walk-in closet and nice finishes throughout. The kitchen and living room were super nice and a great space to spend time. The large laundry room upon entering the unit was also a huge convenience. The location in Capital Hill was very convenient for us as were able to walk to downtown for work everyday in 15-20 minutes and never felt unsafe doing so, despite the known homeless problem throughout the city. We also liked being able to walk to Jelly Cafe, Subculture Subs and Pablos Coffee in a couple of minutes. And lastly the secure parking garage with 2 dedicated parking spaces was invaluable as relying on street parking is not a good plan in most residential areas. Overall I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again in another long stay situation. Back in Texas and already missing Colorado!
